  • Flour

  • Butter

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Cooking cream

  • Chicken eggs

  • Breadcrumbs

  • Mushroom

Additional Ingredients

  • Truffle oil

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Chicken stock

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Method

  1. Preheat a frying pan or an air fryer to 175 °C.

  2. Cook the beef schnitzel until fully done and golden brown.

  3. Sauté the mushrooms and onions until they become golden and fragrant.

  4. Pour in 150 ml of water/chicken stock and bring it to a boil.

  5. Turn off the heat, then add the egg and parmesan sauce, stirring until the sauce is smooth and well combined.

  6. Adjust consistency accordingly.

  7. Serve the schnitzel with the mushroom–parmesan sauce on top.
