Aussie Beef Fair 2026 Arrives in Jakarta, Showcasing the Finest Premium Beef from New South Wales
Jakarta once again becomes a stage for international culinary celebration with the arrival of Aussie Beef Fair 2026, a collaborative initiative bringing Australia’s premium beef directly to Indonesian consumers. This programme reflects the strengthening gastronomic and trade relationship between Australia and Indonesia.
Running from April 16 to May 15, 2026, Aussie Beef Fair takes place across 18 Ranch Market outlets in Jakarta, with the main launch at Ranch Market Lotte Shopping Avenue. Over the course of a month, consumers are invited not only to experience superior flavours but also to understand the journey behind each premium cut of beef from New South Wales.
Celebrating Quality and Provenance from New South Wales
Aussie Beef Fair goes beyond a product showcase, presenting a deeper narrative of quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship within Australia’s livestock industry. New South Wales stands as one of the country’s leading food-producing regions, recognised for its high standards in animal welfare, natural farming environments, and strict quality control.
Featured brands include Manning Valley Naturally and Mulwarra. Manning Valley Naturally is an award-winning grass-fed beef brand with over 30 national accolades, produced without added hormones or antibiotics. Meanwhile, Mulwarra offers both grass-fed and grain-fed beef, with grain-fed cattle finished over 100 to 120 days to enhance tenderness and marbling, delivering a consistently rich flavour profile.
Strategic Collaboration Driving Industry Growth
The success of Aussie Beef Fair is built on strong collaboration between Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA), the New South Wales Government, Qantas Airways, and Ranch Market as the key retail partner.
Christian Haryanto, Chief Representative MLA Indonesia, emphasised that the initiative aims to bring the story behind Australian premium beef closer to Indonesian consumers. Meanwhile, Elsa Dian Trifani, Chief Marketing & Merchandising Officer Ranch Market, highlighted the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality products aligned with modern lifestyle demands.
From a governmental perspective, Yonathan Wijaya, NSW Trade and Investment Director, noted that the programme also introduces New South Wales not only as a premium food producer but as a global destination rich in culinary and cultural experiences.
Interactive Culinary Experiences

To create a more immersive experience, Aussie Beef Fair features live cooking demonstrations led by Chef Fernando Sindu, presenting dishes such as Sate Klopo and Striploin in Romesco.
Weekly cooking demos will take place every weekend throughout April and May at Ranch Market Lotte Shopping Avenue, complemented by product sampling at selected outlets including Pondok Indah, Pesanggrahan, and Kemang. These activities allow consumers to explore the versatility and flavour profiles of Australian beef firsthand.
Exclusive Opportunity: Fly to Sydney

As part of the celebration, the Top Spender Giveaway offers customers a chance to win round-trip tickets to Sydney for two, supported by Qantas Airways.
Eligible purchases include selected NSW beef products along with a range of Australian brands such as Sanitarium, Arnott’s, Blackmores, and Bega. The winner will be announced on June 1, 2026, closing the campaign with an experience that connects consumers directly to the origin of the products they enjoy.
Strengthening Indonesia–Australia Culinary Ties
More than a culinary event, Aussie Beef Fair 2026 represents a growing partnership between Indonesia and Australia in agriculture and food trade. By offering transparency, quality, and immersive consumer experiences, the programme reinforces Australian beef’s position as a premium choice in the Indonesian market.
