Coconut milk
Oyster sauce

Australian beef topside
Eggplant
Pea eggplant
Baby corn (peeled)
Basil leaves

Chicken stock
Fried shallots
Fish sauce
Sugar

Coconut cream
Pour 400 ml of water/chicken stock into a pot and bring it to a boil.
Once boiling, add the green curry sauce, add coconut cream, and stir until fully combined.
Add the beef to the pot and cook until the meat becomes tender.
Add the vegetables and continue cooking until they are fully cooked through.
Adjust seasoning accordingly.
